All purchases made on our website Topsafework.com (from now on) by the customer (from now on "the customer") will be subject to the General Purchase Conditions set out in this document.

If any aspect of the purchase is not contemplated in the document, it will be regulated according to current legislation in Spain.

1. PRODUCTS AND PRICES

1.1 Except for typographical errors or omissions, the characteristics as well as the prices of the articles arranged for sale are correctly reflected in the different web pages that make up the Top Safe Work site.

1.2 The prices of the articles as well as any of their characteristics may be subject to review by Top Safe Work at any time without the latter having any obligation to notify such modifications to the customer by means other than the exposure of said changes to your web pages.

On the other hand, except for the correction of typographical errors, once the purchase of an item has been made, Top Safe Work will undertake to maintain the current price for the customer at the time the order is placed.

1.3 TAXES:

2. ORDERS

2.1 It will be understood that the customer has read, understands and freely accepts these General Purchase Conditions when placing an order through the existing purchase forms on the Top Safe Work website, accepting (ticking) the box provided for this purpose.

2.2 Since there are links on the web www.topsafework.com for the free viewing of these General Purchase Conditions, these will also apply to the products ordered through any other means other than the Internet order form (by e -mail, by pone or by WhatsApp).

2.6 In the event that the customer provides data of a third person or entity when making the purchase, the customer will be solely responsible for such third person or entity knowing and expressly accepting such situation. All responsibility for damages that may arise from this fact will fall entirely on the customer, excluding Top Safe Work from any liability.

2.7 Any indication or query that the customer makes in the sections for comments on the order or in subsequent communications will be taken as merely informative and will not condition in any case the purchase made (the merchandise requested, the method of payment, the shipping, delivery and, by extension, any of these Purchase Conditions).

2.8 Likewise, Top Safe Work reserves the right to retain an order pending any information it needs from the customer. In this case, the delivery times will be delayed in relation to the time the customer takes to reply.

2.9 The Customer can cancel the order within 2 hours of making the purchase without any penalty, after this time the customer has to take responsibility for the order.

3. PAYMENTS

3.1 The customer is responsible for paying the invoices even when a third party intervenes on behalf of the customer, therefore the responsibility for providing authentication, access or identification data to a third party is solely and exclusively that of the customer.

3.2 Top Safe Work will issue the corresponding invoice for the products purchased and it will be sent to the customer by e-mail so that later and if desired, it can be printed on paper to handle of it physically.

3.3 In the event that there is a chargeback made by credit card / Paypal whose cause for return was not by mistake directly attributable to Top Safe Work, the customer will be charged an additional fee of 5% on the value of the amount returned, which will make up the expenses incurred both for bank commissions and collection management. Said amount will be charged to the customer in the terms and forms that Top Safe Work deems appropriate.

3.4 In any case, Top Safe Work always reserves the right to decline an order or modify its form or type of payment as it deems appropriate.

3.5 FORMS OF PAYMENT:

3.5.1 Payment of the purchase amount must be received by Top Safe Work free of bank commissions or other expenses derived from the transaction.

3.5.2 You should take into account that you make the payment of your purchases in EUROS and that all possible bank fees for currency exchange will be borne by the customer.

3.5.3 Payments by credit card charge (Authorized by the entity)

3.5.4 Payment by PAY-PAL

3.5.4.1 The customer can select this form of payment to pay for purchases. 4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

4.4 The approximate times indicated for the delivery of the products to the customer will always begin to count from the receipt by Top Safe Work of the actual confirmation of payment of the total amount, so that until that moment it will not begin to process the request. If the receipt or acceptance is received after 4:00 p.m., the order will be processed from the following day.

4.5 Orders placed on Fridays after 4:00 p.m. will be processed from Monday of the following week.

4.6 Shipments cost € 7.50 + VAT. For purchases over € 300 without VAT, shipping costs are free.

6. RETURNS
